SHIPPING POLICY

Shipping coverage

We currently deliver to Czechia, Estonia, Croatia, Hungary, Lithuania, Latvia, Poland, Slovenia, and Slovakia.

Warehouse and delivery time

Orders are dispatched from our warehouse in Hungary or Poland, depending on product availability and the delivery destination. Most orders arrive within 3–5 working days. Carrier, customs, public holiday, or local service disruptions may occasionally cause delays.

Shipping charges

Any applicable delivery charge is displayed in the order form before you submit your order.

Order tracking

When tracking is available, the tracking number will be sent in your shipping confirmation. You can track the shipment at 17TRACK.

Changing the delivery address

Contact support@vapezaps.com as soon as possible if the address needs to be changed. We cannot guarantee changes after the order has been dispatched.

Dispatch days

Orders are processed on working days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next working day.
